3. Candidate Responsibilities & Warranties
When applying for vacancies or registering with our talent network, candidates agree to:
A. Accuracy & Truthfulness
Provide completely accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information regarding employment history, educational background, certifications, skills, and right-to-work eligibility. Submitting false credentials will result in immediate disqualification.
B. Authentic Authorization
Warrant that you possess the legal authority to submit your CV and that doing so does not breach any non-disclosure agreements or restrictive covenants with current or former employers.
4. Employer & Client Terms
Corporate clients engaging AR Recruitment Consultants for candidate sourcing warrant that:
- Equal Opportunity Hiring: All job requirements and hiring decisions comply with applicable non-discrimination labor laws regardless of race, gender, religion, or nationality.
- Confidential Sourcing: Candidate dossiers and CV submissions provided by our Agency remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with external third parties without prior Agency consent.
- Commercial Placement Agreements: Successful candidate hires resulting from Agency referrals are subject to our formal client recruitment service agreement and placement fee schedules.
5. No Placement or Employment Guarantee
Disclaimer: Submitting a resume or receiving an interview recommendation through AR Recruitment Consultants does NOT constitute a guarantee of employment, job offer, or placement. Hiring decisions rest solely with prospective employer clients.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, company logos (`AR Recruitment Consultants`), site layout designs, copy text, software source code, and graphical assets contained on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of AR Recruitment Consultants and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
